Gift of a lifetime…

The past week or so has been an amazing series of events. I have been toying with the idea of returning to school for a while. Last Friday morning, I met with some folks to discuss the possibility of going back to school for a graduate degree. I had an excellent conversation and decided I would pursue an MBA. Shortly before lunch I received a call from the director of the Executive MBA program at The College of William and Mary. She was aware of my earlier conversation and wanted to talk to me and possibly see if there was interest in applying for the EMBA class of 2010 (which starts January 10, 2009). So after a weekend of conversations with Cindy, writing essays, and gathering application materials, I submitted my application and had my interview on Monday morning. I was accepted to the program. So if this wasn’t enough, Cindy has been so incredibly supportive. The next 20 months will have so many sacrafices on her part both time and money. I am truly lucky.

So while there haven’t been many blog postings recently, I would expect the next 20 months to be even less busy here. Cindy has been doing a great job at updating her blog Cindy Loses, so you can keep up there. I will do my best to do some random update.

Best wishes to everyone and a Merry Christmas!

Go Tribe!
