AirTran Phone System

Ugh! This morning I get up to call AirTran for my upgrade to Denver. There phone system is having all sorts of issues. So here I am an hour later, still on hold. I have had random disconnects, busy signals, all circuits are busy messages, and about 50 minutes worth of on hold time with simply the worst hold music, ever. Now this is an area I know a little something about. I realize that large call centers have complicated phone systems and routing. But for a US based airline to be offline for essentially an hour plus is just unacceptable.If only Delta, USAir, or United had decent flights out of my area…
